Elderberry Ranch will be a small scale study designed to evaluate the suitability of a ~5 acre parcel of land for conversion from its past use as a horse breeding operation to a boutique farm. 

The farm will focus on the production of the Blue Elderberry (Sambucus nigra ssp. cerulea), a plant already in existence at the location, to supply the growing demand for the niche crop, and create new revenue streams for the ranch.
